Developing and Reaching Milestones for Regional Growth
The Q2030 initiative was born with an idea for regional collaboration, resulting in a world-class destination with a robust local economy and high quality of life among residents. This goal can seem lofty and abstract at surface level. However, we believe in creating actionable goals and measuring success using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
We determined our metrics after careful consideration of community input. By setting specific measurements for success, we can align our individual contributions to support our regional vision. These metrics can include anything from population trends of young professionals in the region, the number of post-secondary credentials among Quad Citizens, an increase in per-capita income, growth in gross regional product, the reversal of poverty trends, and the increase in civic pride.
